i know its pretty young but I just want to be cautious although Im wondering is it advisable for girls like me (just 21) to use anti aging creams like olay and ponds as nightly cream or should i just stick to regular moisturizers?
You are never too young to start! I wish I’d started earlier, although I’ve had good results so far with starting in my late 20’s. You should do what you can to preserve your skin, and the most important thing is to wear sunblock every day, even in winter, when it’s overcast, etc.. etc… My dermatologist(s) have hammered this into my head for years. There are a ton out there in cosmetic lines that are very good, but very expensive. I used "Elta Gold UV Shield" for a while, which was sold at my derm’s office, but was $25 for a 3 oz. tube, but then found a good non-greasy sunblock that was much less expensive and sold in most drug stores that my derm approved: Neutrogena’s Ultra Sheer dry touch sunblock. I use spf 45, but I think they make it in 30, 70, etc… It is not like other sunblocks or lotions, it absorbs right in, moisturizes, and is so light you can’t feel it on your skin…it can be worn by itself, or under foundation or powder. I would also recommend Cetaphil cleanser (also discovered through visits to dermatologists) or the generic brand of it that they sell at Long’s (half the price, same ingredients)…it is not soap, so it moisturizes, but doesn’t block pores (I had very bad adult acne and this is what every derm has recommended to me over 20 years). You might also look into micro-dermabrasion…sounds awful, but it’s really just like getting a facial, and it’s really good for rejuvenating the skin, and stimulating collagen to the surface of the skin which helps it look younger. I did this professionally for a while to minimize old scars I had from acne (and it worked very well), but people do it just to keep their skin nice. It costs about $125 and up, if done at a spa or derm’s office, but there are also over the counter options available. I have used the Spa Sciences micro dermabrasion kit (about $40, with a supply of the cleansers, lotions, etc… that still hasn’t run out a year later, doing it once a month) with great results, but you need to be very gentle until you find out what your skin can tolerate…it doesn’t seem like it’s doing much during the process, but it really does! and you can see the results right away (within a few hours, but your skin feels great right afterward). Any other facial product by Spa Sciences is also good…I have tried a bunch, and ran it by my derm, who liked the products also…you can find them on the web or in Longs, Rite Aid, Target, etc… Their eye wrinkle lotions and masks are wonderful, and if you are worried about aging, you should use some sort of eye area moisturizer daily. For the rest of your body…at your age, I’d recommend baby lotion, or one of the Cetaphil lotions (or a generic version of it), as these are very good for skin and relatively "pure" compared to other lotions (as well as economical)..Neutrogena is also very good stuff. And, my goodness, girl!! Don’t worry about aging…it only gets better!

Why does public health care fit the criteria to be considered an issue?
I need 12 examples so a little help would be nice! Thanks so much to whoever helps. I really need it! By the way, by public health care I mean Canadian health care. So like, free health care but higher taxes.
I’m from California & I’m not sure about your question, but I’ll say some stuff I know. Half of my relatives are in Canada & although I’m poor, several of my Canadian Uncles, Cousins, etc., are doing quite well financially. Every one of them LOVE the health care in Canada & look with disgust at the USA. Health care in America is much more expensive & less available because it is a FOR PROFIT industry. Drugs are extremely overpriced & the insurance companies care about your health as much as they care about the stuff they just expelled into their toilets. They will DENY you coverage on anything. All they need to do is find an excuse to drop you, that is, when you make a claim. They’ve got the most educated lawyers who do nothing but try to save the Insurance companies money. We are the most backward "First World" country on this planet morally in regards to caring about it’s own citizens. Here is a site to look into. & there are many more on the internet. http://www.pnhp.org/facts/singlepayer_faq.php If you’re mostly concerned about Canada’s situation, keep looking on the web. I’m sure you’ll find something. And remember, insurance companies are only concerned with profit!
What are some sports a total idiot can be good at playing?
We make fun of dumb athletes, but most sports require some level of mental focus for the athlete to be good at it. But what are some sports for complete idiots?
I think those strongman contests where they carry refrigerators and such is one contender. Maybe the 100-meter dash.
Curling. I think that anyone can use a broom to scrub the ice in front of that big cement thing that is sliding on the ice.
I mean seriously, how can that even be a sport?
Does excercising produce human growth hormone?
I heard scientists did tests with a group of guys, they took a sample of their blood measured their level of growth hormone, then had them go sprint, then took a sample of their blood and noticed like a 400% or 500% increase in growth hormone occured. But then went back to normal after an hour or an hour and 1/2. What im asking is it true your body makes growth hormone when you excercise? It uses the growth hormone to make your muscles bigger and repair them correct?
Yes, your body does make Human Growth Hormone when you exercise. However, scientists are unsure of why. HGH does not, I believe, aid in muscle repair.

When is the right time to start using anti aging cream?
I am 27 years old, I have dry skin and dark circles under my eyes…
I already started to have lines on my forehead
when should I start to use anti aging cream and which ones should I buy?
You can start using them once you see wrinkles starting to show on your face. It helps to use them before it gets worse. It would be better if you can buy natural skin care products that works well for anti aging without all those harsh chemicals…
What are good scores for the Presidents fitness challenge for army rotc for a 17 year old girl?
I am a 17 year old female and I am applying for an army rotc scholarship. My scores for the presidents fitness challenge are 31 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, and 6:44 mile. Are these scores good enough for a scholarship? I’m getting really nervous about this.
You’re scores are great. Just work on your sit-ups. I’m 17 (female), did 21 push up, 52 sit-ups, mile in 9:30 and earned a full scholarship. You’re definitely in the clear as long as you have the academics and extra curriculars to back you up. You’re interview is also incredibly important. They won’t rule you out based on one thing.
You’re scores are definitely good enough for a scholarship.
Can I reimburse myself health insurance costs from my company?
We used to have individual health insurance, and I would pay for it out of my own company (an S Corp). When we got insurance through my husband’s employer, I stopped reimbursing myself.
He is paid for by the company, and then it costs extra to add myself and our child.
I was just going to deduct health insurance premiums on our Sch A, but we don’t have enough other medical expenses to meet the limit.
Is it ligit to go ahead and reimburse myself the amount that it cost for the health insurance? Then it would be a business expense. Thanks.
No.
The insurance through your husband’s employer does not meet the test of having been established through the S-corp.

What will make me grow taller calcium or human growth hormone?
I really want to grow taller and I’m choosing between two supplements, the main ingredient of the first one is calcium while the second one makes your pituary gland release growth hormones. I’m torned between the two, I don’t know which to take.
Don’t go out and buy those "magical peels" that are offered all over the place, they just don’t work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called human growth hormone.
There are only few recommended programs that actually work and can help you growing taller naturally by 2-4 inches in a short time.
Check this article for information about some of the best programs that can be really helpful for you:
