blues are pretty hard to match up exactly, and you have the turquoise tie, and a black sport jacket and pants, with a white shirt would be the best to set off your tie and her dress..or a grey jacket, and pants, because with her dress being two toned, and blue, if you mix different color pants and jacket, i don’t think the look would be as good, unless her dress were all the same color blue.

I want to become a fitness trainer but I’m a bodybuilder so I focus more on heavy weights low reps. Can you become a fitness trainer just for building muscle only? Although there is no law requiring certification, you need a national certification in order to get insurance and/or work for a reputable gym. A national cert is once like ACSM, CSCS, ACE, NSPA. Generally, a nationally recognized body where you must take a proctored, closed-book exam. I say that because there are a number of certifications out there that have take home tests or no test. Generally, they are a crock. Expect to spend between $400-1000 USD to get a good personal trainer cert.
As far as practice goes, it doesn’t matter what your fitness regimine is, as long as you give clients a workout plan that is tailored to their needs. Generally, trainers charge between $40-100 per hour for their services. If you work at a gym, you will keep anywhere from 50-80% of what you take in. A full time trainer can make around $30,000 per year to start, if you are a good salesperson, and a well trained trainer. As you develop your business, and your reputation and education increases, you can expect to make more. If you reach a point where you can own your own business/training studio, you can make some decent money. But my advice is that you pursue personal training as a side job.

Hard to say exactly how much, but there is research on growth levels. I’ll include a link for you. As others have noted, starting earlier would have been better. Where you are now is something that can be determined by checking your bone growth points (usually by a wrist x-ray). You should recognize that because you are starting treatment fairly late, you will grow taller but may not achieve 5′7". My best advice is to lower your expectations so you’re not disappointed in the end. Height isn’t everything (which you already know). Don’t focus too much on it. Average is over-rated.

I want to watch the world cup cricket on sky sports. What is the difference between sky sports 1 and 2? I am asking as it is obviously more expensive to get both.
Should I get both if I don’t want to miss a match or is everything going to be broadcast on sky sports 1. Does sky sports 1 normally carry the more important live event and 2 is used for the secondary sport? Like if there is golf and cricket on at the same time. All sounds to me as if sky did this to make more money out of sport deprived souls stuck on Freeview or Freesat.
