If you have not fully gone through puberty, it is likely your growth plates are not closed, therefore growth hormone might work.

These drugs are not to be given unadvisedly, and you should seek referral to an endocrinologist for evaluation. You will have some xrays, to look at the growth plates and see if you are a candidate.

If you come from a short stature family, it may be constitutional, and the endocrinologist would be reluctant to give them. If, however, there is another reason for your short stature, and your bones are starting to close the growth plates, they might want to give you a few extra inches before it is no longer an option.

There are experiments being performed to find out if this helps with the aging processs but no definitive results or findings have been conclusive yet.

At age 19 it’s probably to late for you to stimulate any further growth in height. Once your growth plates have closed your growth normally stops and it only continues when theres a problem with the pituitary gland, like a tumor. Then any further growth causes deformities.

First of all, you need a prescription. Second, anything else is illegal and may do tremendous harm to you that would be irreversible. If your growth plates are fused (which at your age they may be), you will not grow but you will deform. Lastly, even proper growth hormone will not take you up a foot.
