reverse crunches help with me XD
like im only 16 an so this is the first real time i want a 6 pack ive always been active so no need to worry about weight loss but doin different kinds of reverse crunches are getting the lower abs out (Y)

theres only one answer to that CARDIO, althogh you do have to build the 6 pack muscle up you also have to burn that fat away the only way to do that is cardio, theres no other way around it

lol for everyone that think you can get a six pack with just doing difrent crunches you couldnt be more wrong…if you got a lot of fat you gotta do high intensity resistance training togheter with high intensety interval training and ypu will blast the fat away in no time togheter with eating 5-6 healthy small meals through out the day

Don’t starve yourself. I just do 5-600 situps straight every day. I used to do 1500 but I did them to fast so I got a hernia.

guys if your looking for losing weight, you need to do more than just this once a day. make sure you eat breakfast everyday and progressively smaller meals as the day goes on. maybe even add a few push ups to your workout here and there. i promise you, in only a few weeks youll notice that your getting skinny

Yea i do it every other day! It works if you dont rest while do it and wait 30 seconds after you do two exersises! Just keep with it and probly after 16 weeks youll have a 6 pack!

I had this problem when i started.Get something soft to lie on.Instead of dragging your head with your hands,make your muscles go tense and that should be enough to pull you up on most situp-like excercises.

i do hundreds of situps a day and i don`t feel my muscles rip anymore(altough i do feel them being trained while i do situps).
I can`t imagine this having much of an effect….especially with all the recovery.

You should do this every other day so when you work out 1 day you muscles ripp and when you wait the next day they relax and then you ripp them agian and they build! so do this every other day!
