I know they probably get paid by the job, so how much is it on average. -The women that pose in Flex magazine and other fitness magazines like that.

A friend who is a fitness model (and a former Gladiator from years back) makes about $350-500 for a fitness magazine shoot but made $4000 for a calendar shoot, $3000 for an ad for protein powder, $3000-4000 for appearances at fitness shows, etc
