Health reform is becoming law.How it’s possible for those states to file law suits on Government?

Health reform is becoming law.How it’s possible for those states to file law suits on Government?Shouldn’t they obey the law now or face the jail or something?

They feel that they are being forced to do something that is unconstitutional and they are suing to
stop what they feel is an unfair burden that is being forced upon them. They are being told thaat they have to cover all these people and they are given no money to cover them with. This will surely
bankrupt the state. That is why they are suing. If you feel you’ve been wronged by the government,
you do have the right to sue. Everybody has that right.

  4. The states are asserting that the govt has no constitutional authority to force people to buy anything. They also are protesting bc this bill is going to raise taxes, create more unemployment and ups the amount of people on medicaid which is a state expense. They also question the constitutionality of making the people pay for four years the cost before they get the benefit
