as far as health benefits, there aren&#039;t to many i can think of, but heres a few:
-it helps you gain weight (munchies) if you lost weight from chemotherapy or a diabetes
-it helps with depression, a safer alternative from anti-depressants
-it helps with sleep deprivation, or other sleeping issues
-help with aches
