are there any specific ways to maximize human growth hormone levels?

I am a teen. Any help is appreciated especially if you have had success.

As long as you are not actually deficient in HGH you should grow normally. A HGH deficiency is extremely rare but it does occur and such unfortunate kids grow into short adults.

As far as I know a HGH deficiency can be caused by a malfunctioning pituitary gland which can cause giantism as well as dwarfism.
