No it does not. HGH is NOT testosterone nor does it effect levels of test. Produced in the pituitary gland in the brain, HGH is a microscopic protein substance. Chemically, it is somewhat similar to insulin although it is secreted in short pulses during the first hours of sleep and after exercise. It only remains in the circulation for a few minutes. This is why it is extremely difficult to measure HGH in blood serum.

HGH is commonly used by professional athletes b/c there is not a standardized test for it. If Testosterone levels were increased they would be noticed when they were tested for anabolic steroids or elevated levels of test.

In addition HGH is something that should be taken over a long period of time where elevated testosterone levels would permenatly damage your bodys own ability to produce testosterone. It can create lean muscle mass and decrease fat but it takes months to see your first results.
References :
Smart S.O.B.

Increasing a hormone of any type in the body may decrease or increase hormones all over the body. The body closely regulates the hormone in the brain. The increase of the the GH hormone may have an effect tetosterone in males. In young males especially it is important to be careful sex hormone may just be getting going in full swing in puberty years. Low tetsosterone may cause the child to be tired and there will be less agression which could be a problem if the youth plays sports.
References :
Degree in Biology

The body will see it has too much testosterone and start to cut off its own supply. Testes will shrink because of this and any excess testosterone will be converted to estrogen making your nipples tender and may even cause man boobs. This is in addition to liver problems, acne, loss of hair and a number of other problems that could develop if you don't cycle off.
